A large hail storm damaged my home in April. My neighbor highly recommended to contact Todd at TTLC. It was the best decision! Todd and his team were professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Todd also helped me through the insurance claims process. His team installed the roof the following week! I want to honor and thank Davin for his open willingness to help us as a good neighbor. On the evening of Saturday 5/27/23, a dear friend of ours invited us to have dinner at her house in the same neighborhood as Davin. Her son has a dog(Elwood) who like to RUN! Needless to say Elwood got out and RAN. At one point after I had been chasing Elwood for 20 minutes or so we ran past Davin’s house and he was moved to help. Davin and chased after Elwood who chased after birds and rabbits. It seemed as though Elwood would never quit. Davin persisted and with deep conviction persevered; eventually, Elwood found himself trapped in a driveway and Davin lunged and grabbed ahold of his collar. Without Davin’s help I don’t believe we could have retrieved this energizer bunny of a dog. We are VERY grateful for Davin and you should be proud to have him as one of your very own! He is a blessing. We noticed his company vehicle and he represents your company well. And in the future if we incur any storm or other restoration needs we will be calling TTLC!

We were away when the gutters were installed. We opted out of getting new down spouts but when we got home we had all new gutters and down spouts. I called Andrew this morning and he took care of it. TTLC owns up to their mistakes and takes care of it. They are actually paying for the new down spouts instead of making us pay for something we didn't ask for. Andrew is always on top of it!!!! I recommend you get a hold of TTLC (Andrew) today if you have roof or siding damage.

From the very beginning ttlc proved to be very professional. They worked with the insurance company and assured me that I was to receive a new roof ,gutters and downspouts. Within a week they started the work two days later it was done. The quality of work was very good, they're clean up was also very good. A good company to deal with would recommend them very much!

Very knowledgeable and capable - personally we hate our insurance adjuster and it felt like one wrong word to him would cause us to screw up the claim.
